The Garden Suite is perfectly situated on the ground floor with just one step at the entrance. This cozy hideaway features a queen bed, a single daybed with a trundle, and a charming window seat that can also accommodate another guest. You'll enjoy a private bathroom and a separate entrance for added convenience.
Inside, ceiling fans enhance the tropical ambiance, complemented by a quiet split-system air conditioning unit. While enjoying your stay, you'll notice the vibrant wildlife typical of this environment, including geckos, anoles, and chameleons. For your comfort, we utilize pesticides to maintain the property.
Your adventure begins as you discover the secluded beauty of Kailua Beach, located only ten houses from our doorstep. Spend your days sunbathing, swimming, or simply strolling along the pristine shoreline. Keep an eye out for surfers on breezy afternoons or search for sea turtles between Flat Island and Kailua Beach Park.
Awaken early to witness breathtaking sunrises over the Mokulua Islands or catch the enchanting full moonrise once a month. Bird watchers will delight in the variety of species observed at the nearby Kailua Beach Park and Kawainui Marsh, where stilts, herons, and iwa birds can be seen.
The entry area of the Garden Suite features a split rail barrel adorned with a delightful turtle fountain. Your suite boasts Mexican tile floors and Hawaiian quilts that create a warm, inviting atmosphere. A dedicated parking space is conveniently located just steps from your entrance.
This unit is priced between $259-$325 per night for two guests, with an additional charge of $30 per extra person. Please note that for your safety, we currently do not accommodate children under three in this unit; however, arrangements can be made for small children when booked alongside the Ginger Studio (VRBO 572484).
Your kitchenette is well-equipped with granite countertops, a half-size refrigerator, hot plate, toaster, microwave, electric frying pan, and coffeemaker. Enjoy outdoor dining in your private garden area, complete with an umbrella, table, and four chairs. We provide towels, beach towels, and paper towels for your convenience, as well as a hair dryer and a charcoal grill for your use.
Stay connected with complimentary high-speed internet and high-definition cable TV. Additionally, there are two coin-operated laundromats located within one-third of a mile for your laundry needs.
As part of your stay, enjoy a complimentary breakfast featuring Hawaiian juice, fresh fruit, and coffee or tea on your first morning. You will receive a warm welcome from Paul or Rachel Sheffield upon arrival, so please inform us of your expected arrival time.
Check-in is at 3 p.m., and check-out is at 10 a.m., with a $30 fee for each additional guest. Our peaceful residential area observes quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. For recreation, a community pool is available just down the street.
